Our clients Warwick & Annette came to us for their bespoke kitchen refurbishment. They hadn’t touched the kitchen since they moved to their home in Arford, Hampshire nearly 15 years ago.
We started the design with charcoal shaker cabinets - in a light room dark cabinetry will always look fantastic. To connect the kitchen with the garden we created a large opening onto the patio with bifold doors and changed the kitchen floor to a contrasting white wood effect porcelain tile.
To keep the styling classic we introduced burnished brass cups and knobs to enhance the design even more. We kept the worktop light and made sure we had good under cabinet lighting as well as new lighting in the ceiling.
Many people are apprehensive about using dark shades on their kitchen cabinetry, but by keeping the walls, ceiling and floor in light tones you can really go as dark as you like... the bolder the better!
Charter Walk Kitchens specialise in bespoke kitchens in Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. Our passion for luxury kitchens is obvious in the quality and finish of our designs.
