We loved bringing our client's vision for their Godalming contemporary kitchen to life. From the very beginning, we placed a high priority on creating a kitchen that was not only visually striking but also had the 'wow' factor.
Our partnership with Beeck Kuchen, our German supplier, allowed us to present our clients with a range of rendered finishes that were nothing short of stunning. Needless to say, our clients fell in love at first sight!
We began designing a contemporary kitchen that needed to be impressive to match the high-quality appliances and worktop our clients had specced.
The large island was a must, with a run of tall cabinets to house all the ovens and a generously sized Fisher & Paykel fridge and freezer. The cabinets are equipped with handles that have been thoughtfully designed for effortless opening, which is especially helpful when dealing with the freezer's relatively wide door.
Integrating the corner larder cabinets into the kitchen design was a challenge to get right. With careful consideration in the design process, we made the area usable independently from the main kitchen and island. We achieved this by adding effective lighting and a nearby bi-fold dresser next to the larder.
Using a single colour tone allows the eye to be drawn to the garden view and the room to appear less cluttered. This project was a pleasure to work on, as it involved a modern brief and the creation of a kitchen with a door finish that is very rare.
